What is Homestuck?

Homestuck was a webcomic created by Andrew Hussie that ran from 2009 to 2016 & spawned a massive internet phenomenon. In its most basic form, it follows four internet friends playing a reality-bending game that ushers in the apocalypse. Transcending conventional webcomic forms, the comic also features long text logs, extensive flash animations with music, & even interactive games. It is incredibly long at over 8,000 pages with over 800,000 words. There exist several follow-ups / continuations of Homestuck with varying levels of canonicity from the Epilogues novel, sequel-ish comic, & game series.

Where can I currently read Homestuck?

As of early April 2025, the main website for Homestuck is down & the normal Unofficial Collection link we advocate for is out of order as an official collection is in the works. You can still find the download link for the collection here which allows you to read the comic in an emulated browser that restores all of the original flashes whilst also hosting bonus content that unlocks as you progress from archives to music.
