Editing Note from LV: Upon further reflection, I may rank Undyne lower (swapping with Toriel) since even if she's delightful & I had a LOT of fun voicing her + her Homestuck troll vibes, the more I think about her cop role in Deltarune (not having gotten to those parts yet) I grow less fond, even if the royal guard system of the underground seems very Unlike the systemic horrors of other policing forces.
